- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★WONDERFUL customer service! There are not many places around anymore that you can call a real live person who lives in your town with you. Always super helpful staff and I truly feel they have my personal interest at heart. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We just lost our house last week in a fire. While we have not gone through the entire process and obviously haven't been paid by state farm fully this review is just about Brian and his team. Brian personally came to the house (what seemed to be quicker than the fire department). My kids were screaming and crying and he gave them little teddy bears which ended up being all they had for a while and they still sleep with, he even took a check out and wrote us a check on the spot. The next day we went to the office and Julia was amazing and literally went above and beyond in every way to help us, she even gave us her personal cell phone and told us to text her if anything happened. There were bumps in the road and I am sure there will be more but everyone there especially the people we dealt with Brian and Julia made us feel hope and during that time, without that I am not sure what we would have done. As a side note, from everything I am told, if we had anyone but state farm this process would have gone a lot worse already and the insurance company would be doing everything they could to save money.
